Last Revised: June 19, 2025
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Moppr Inc. (“Moppr”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Moppr Inc.

Whose Information We Collect.

We collect information from both Customers (individuals booking and paying for cleaning services) and Service Providers (those offering cleaning services on our platform). This information is collected through both our website and mobile application and may include personal and non-personal details depending on the nature of the user's account and activity.

For Customers, we may collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, billing and service addresses, payment method, and preferences related to the cleaning services requested. For Service Providers, we may collect personal details including name, contact information, government-issued identification, background check information, payment account details for receiving payouts, and any business-related documentation such as proof of insurance or licensing.

This information is generally provided when a user registers an account, updates their profile, books or offers a service, completes a form, or interacts with customer support or other features on the platform. While users may choose not to provide certain information, doing so may limit access to some functionality.

In addition, we automatically collect non-personal information about how users interact with our platform. This may include device type, browser type, IP address, operating system, and general usage data. We also use cookies and other tracking technologies to gather analytics, improve user experience, and personalize content.

We collect information related to your use of the platform, including service bookings, payment and payout history, saved addresses, service preferences, and any changes to scheduled services. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, and while basic payment details may be stored within your account for convenience, Moppr does not store full card details directly.
